Awareness is a journey in life, being happy is a choice. I help you live to your highest human, intuitive, physical, emotional, and spiritual potential. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to come into contact with and learn various personal growth techniques, ranging from the body (yoga, bioenergetics, Tummo meditation, rebirthing, etc.) to more traditional coaching. I develop individual growth paths tailored to your needs and goals. I am also a singing teacher, authentic voice, and voice coaching. I offer sessions at my studio in Riva San Vitale or, alternatively, online or at your home. The first coaching session is free!
