My name is Marco Boldetti, I have been working in prepress for the packaging industry for over twenty years, focusing on perfume boxes and, more recently, luxury rigid packaging.
I also worked at a label printing company where I focused mainly on the food and pharmaceutical sectors, and I had the opportunity to explore the world of flexographic printing.
At the age of 15, I started my career in photocomposition before moving on to photogravure and then prepress after a year and a half.
I have always been intrigued by challenges, especially discovering and studying software in my industry, understanding their features, and maximizing their potential. This led me to use some of the most important software in my field, including Adobe suite, XPress, and industry-specific software such as ArtPro, Packz, and more recently ArtPro+.
I have learned to create various actions in ArtPro+ to streamline and speed up my work, as well as to troubleshoot new problems that may arise. In addition, I have learned to create workflows with Esko Automation Engine to speed up certain prepress operations and consistently achieve better results in my work.
